Create "Open a File" Action for the same bookmark found in multiple docs

I have on average 20 pdf documents with at 1 bookmark with the same title, "Return to Archive.pdf"

I would like to add a cross-document path to the location of the pdf Archive.pdf and have been doing so manually through bookmark properties. (Select Action: Open a File)

As its the same path given for the bookmark Action in all 20 docs is there a way to script this?

Can I somehow use the Action Wizard, "Create a bookmark from structure" to add a bookmark with the assigned "Open a File" Action?
